SO happy to be home!

Doggie summer camp was too long, I missed home. I missed the constant dog treats all day long, the belly rubbin lovins, and being treated more like a human than a dog. I was SO happy to see mommy when she came to the gate, I didn't know she was coming to get me that day! In fact, I was so excited I didn't let her sleep for three nights... she wasn't too happy but I couldn't help it - I missed her! I've settled back into things and although I still have a crazy abundance of energy and drive mommy crazy, things are going well. It's so good to be home...

Daddy got me a new bed as a coming home present, and fun new toys! I miss you daddy, come home soon and plays with me!


This is me supervising some home renovations. Mommy keeps calling this the "baby's room" and I'm not sure I know what that means... I thought I was the baby girl? Do I get my own room mommy? I own the house... you don't have to call just one room mine... she's so silly.

I tried to tell mommy that I'd be good for getting up and exercising but she just doesn't understand my barks sometimes. She knows now though, especially cause she has me helping her and auntie Nikki exercising! And next month auntie Tracie will be back for a visit and mommy says she wants to take me for a stroll too! Yeah! Mommy also knows that if she doesn't take me then I have way too much energy and drive her crazy!

Dear Daddy,

I misses you so much while you are gone. It was so exciting when the mailman brought a package, and it smelled like you!!! Thank you for sending mommy's card...she liked it very much!

And thank you, oh, thank you for my new frisbee toy. Yesterday I played with it in the pool. It's the best frisbee EVER!

Ok, so I have something to tell you. Pees remember that I am so cute, even when I'm sassy! While Mommy and Auntie Nikki were sleeping the other night I went through the box...you know, to see what other presents you might have sent me. I founds one that reminds me of you!

And it is YUMMY too. So yummy that I already had the edges all chewed before Mommy caught me.

Mommy tried to take it away, but it was already too late.

Mommy's 1st Mother's Day

Dear Mommy,

I don't know how I can tell you how much I loves you. I tried a lot of different ways - jumping on you in the morning so that you are not late for work, playing tug o war to build up your arm muscles, eating your magazines and paper to help with recycling...chewing up daddy's old clothes so that you have to get rid of them... But it just didn't seem like enough to thank you for all that you do for me. So I talked to daddy and he helped me pick out the perfect card for you for Mommy's Day! It even rhymes!!

Daddy even helped me sign it!

So...gives me the tummy rubbin lovin and a sausage, pees???

The Beach!

Mommy and auntie Nikki took me to the doggy beach by Louis' Backyard! (Um, its about time too! They walk me by Smathers Beach all the darn time and they know I can't go play there) I splashed a little in the water, or maybe it was more like the waves splashed me but I absolutely loved the cool sand and bouncing around in it! Check out these pictures and videos!

Auntie Nikki!

Mommy has been mentioning my auntie Nikki for a few weeks now, something about her coming to visit - and it happened when mommy came home from Expo! I love my auntie Nikki, I love to wake her up in the morning with kisses and she takes me for lots of walks. Mommy took me for one in the morning and sometimes at lunch but she is always saying, "Mommy has to work" and you know I hate that! But now auntie Nikki takes me for so many walks my poor paws were hurting the other day and I slept SO MUCH - it was great though! Then I terrorized both of them at 3 a.m. because I was ready to go!
